SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT NOS. 50-321/93-18 AND 50-366/93-18
This refers to the inspection conducted by W. M. Sartor, Jr., of this office
on September 13-17, 1993. The inspection included a review of activities
, authorized for your Hatch facility. At the conclusion of the inspection, the
findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the
enclosed report.
g, . Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report. Within
these areas,'the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures
. and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observation of
: activities in progress'.
.Within the scope of the inspection, violations or deviations were not
. identified.
Your attention is directed to the exercise weakness identified in Paragraph 7
of the enclosed Inspection Report. As required by Section IV.F of Appendix E
to 10 CFR Part '50, any weakness that is identified shall be corrected.
Accordingly, please advise us, within 45 days of the date of this letter, of
:the corrective action you have taken, or plan to take, showing the estimated
date of completion with regard to this exercise weakness.
