Arkansas Nuclear One - Units 1 & 2 Docket Nos. 50-313 and 50-368 License Nos. DPR-51 and NPF-6 Proposed Technical Specification Change - Reporting Safety and Relief Valve Challenges Gentlemen:
In our letter dated December 28, 1982 (0CAN128212), we indicated that proposed Technical Specification changes relating to the reporting of safety and relief valve challenges would be submitted by January 31, 1983. The changes were requested by NRC letter dated September 20, 1982 (0CNA098214),
generic letter 82-16.
Due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts, we were not able to complete the processing of the changes by the scheduled date. We have rescheduled the processing of the changes and will submit them by February 28, 1983.
