SUBJECT:

Arkansas Nuclear One - Units 1 & 2 Docket Nos. 50-313 and 50-368 License Nos. DPR-51 and NPF-6 Environmental Qualification -

Proprietary Documentation Gentlemen:

In your letters of January 26, 1983 (1CNA018304) and April 15, 1983 (2CNA048302), you submitted safety evaluation reports (SERs) concerning AP&L's environmental qualification submittals for AN0-1 and 2. Within each SER was a request for the licensee to review all documentation previously submitted as " proprietary" and reaffirm whether those documents were still to be considered as such.

We have reviewed our submittals and determined that no information submitted by AP&L requires protection as proprietary; therefore, all such submittals can be made available to the public.

Very uly yours, 7
