Dear Mr. Madsen:
This letter is to provide an update on the evaluation of the nuclear coatings applied in the Reactor Building of the Wolf Creek Generating Station.
As indicated in the Referenced Report, the Architect / Engineer has completed their evaluation and recommendations of the nuclear coating applied prior to July 25, 1980. They have recommended that if the missing supporting documentation of the areas in cuestion cannot be obtat ed, then adhesion pull tests should be perforued.
The status of the search for the missing documentation and/or a schedule for the adhesion pull testa, if required, will be reported to you on or before October 2, 1981.
