This letter provides the final report submitted pursuant to 10CFR50.55 (e) concerning the Lubricating Oil Piping Systems for the Safety Injection (SI) Pumps and the Centrifugal Charging Pumps (CCP) at Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS). This matter i
was initially reported on July 17, 1984, with supplemental information provided in the Reference.
As a result of the occurrences described in the Reference, any replacement of safety-related material performed without an approved Quality Assurance Program will be repeated under an approved Quality Assurance Program. These activities will be completed prior to fuel load.
