Dear Mr. Seidle:

This progress report supplements our letters TXX-3088, TXX-3123, TXX-3151 dated January 14, April 15, and June 19, 1980, respectively, relative to a violation of piping minimum wall thickness previously reported to you in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e). TXX-3088 detailed our corrective actions, TXX-3123 and TXX-3151 updated' and reported the progress of those activities.

The engineering review and disposition of the minimum wall violations at the welds and the base metal defects is continuing. As of this date, no additional systems have been closed. We anticipate submitting our next progress report to you by June 15, 1981.
