Dear Mr. Seidle:

This progress report supplements our letters TXX-3088 and TXX-3123, dated January 14, and April 15, 1980, respectively, relative to a violation of piping minimum wall thickness previously reported to

you in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e). TXX-3088 detailed our correc-tive actions and TXX-3123 provided an update of those activities.

The engineering review and disposition of the minimum wall violations at the welds and the base metal defects is continuing. As of this date, no additional systems have been closed. We anticipate submitting
