This is to inform you that the documents which you requested at the deposition of Abraham Gerber are available at this office for the Department's inspection at a mutually convenient time.

These documents are responsive to two production requests on the part of the Department. The first group of documents consists of transmittal letters which have been sent to Mr. Gerber by the attorneys for Houston Lighting and Power Company.

.The second group consists of the contents of a file folder labeled " Houston Exhibits." These documents are responsive to your request for the production of any mnemonic devices which Mr. Gerber may'have prepared in conjunction with the District Court trial; At this. time, Mr. Gerber cannot recall which documents, if any, he prepared for the purpose of serving as mnemonic devices. However, if any such documents were prepared for.this purpose, he is con-fident that theylare located in the " Houston Exhibits" file. Houston is therefore producing the contents of this file for the Department's inspection.
