Amendments 16, 16 and 13 to the Oconee Nuclear Station Facility Operating Licenses DPR-38, -47 and -55, respectively, revised the Appendix A Technical Specifications to require that the routine operating report be submitted on an annual basis in lieu of the previous requirement to submit the report semiannually. The Appendix B, Non-Radiological Technical Specification, however, continues to require the submission of non-radiological, environmental data on a semiannual basis.

Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 50, 550.90, a revision to the Oconee Nuclear Station Appendix B Technical Specification 1.0B is requested to change the frequency of submittal of the non-radiological, environmental report to an annual basis. This change will be consistent with the Appendix A reporting requirements. The proposed change is indicated on the attached Appendix B Technical Specification replacement page.

It is requested that this revision to the Oconee Technical Specificacions be approved by June 1, 1976 in order that proper planning for the submission of this report may be completed.
