Your letter should identify the individuals who will take the examination. The letter should certify that they are enrolled in a facility licensee-sponsored program leading to an NRC operator or senior operator license and that they will have completeo their fundamentals training by the date of the examination. The letter should also identify the personnel who will have access to the 1
examinations before they are administered (e.g., proctors) and the address to which the 7
examinations are to be sent. The letter should be received in both the NRC Regional and L Headquarters' cf' ices 30 days before the examination 'iate to allow the NRC to essign docket numbers. A sample registration letter is enclosed.
