In a letter dated June 6, 1996, Duke Power submitted a l
proposed amendment to the Oconee Nuclear Station Technical Specifications to support removal of the ES signal from valves LPSW-4 and LPSW-5.
During t'.3 *RC review of the proposed amendment, a title header was discovered to have been inadvertently omitted in one of the pages.of the new proposed Technical Specificatwn.
Please find the corrected j
page attached, along with instructions for replacement into the existing proposed amendment package.
