Dear Mr. Seyfrit:

This will supplement our letter logged TXX-3044, dated September 17, 1979. In reference to the preventive action described under " PREVENTIVE ACTIONS (Generic Issues-Inspection Efforts)", we wish to advise you of the following:

In addition to the reorganization and personnel changes completed under items 1 and 2, the interviews described in item 3.a have been completed.

As a result, additional reassignments have been made under item 3.c which we feel have greatly contributed toward addressing the problem of inexperience. Training activities under item 3.b are proceeding with some completion dates extending into the latter part of December 1979.

In light of the above training target dates, we plan to re-schedule the implementation audit deadline to December 28, '.979. If you have any further questions, please advise.
