One out of eight main steam safety valves tested was found out of tolerance in the conservative direction. This out of tolerance is attributed to a difference in ambient conditions between the time this valve was last reset and the time of this test. The valves were last reset during a startuo followinc a cold shutdown and therefore the room and eauicment had not yet reached steady state operatino temperatures. This current test was conducted with the rocm and equicments at ambient ooerating temperatures. All future testing and resetting of these valves will be done under these condi tions .
