1 INTRODLICTION This report provides the cycle-specific limits for operation of Calvert Cliffs Unit 2, Cycle 12. It contains the limits for:

Reactor Trip Setpoints Shutdown Margm.

Moderator Temperature Coefficient CEA Position -

Regulating CEA Insertion Limits

{

Linear Heat Rate Total Planar Radial Peaking Factor Total Integrated Radial Peaking Factor DNB Parameters Refueling Boron Concentration In addition, this report contains a number of figures which give limits on the parameters listed above. If any of the limits contained in this report are exceeded, corrective action will be taken as defined in the Technical Specifications.

I

. This report has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Technical Specifications'.

The cycle specific limits have been developed using the NRC-a? proved methodologies given in the " List of Approved Methodologies" section of this report anc m the Technical Specifications.

Revision 1:

Revision 1 to the Unit 2 Cycle 12 COLR implements a 3% penalty on power peaking. The 3% is a compensatory action required by 50.59 safety evaluation SE00266 to justify operation of the ICI system with up to 60% failed ICI detectors and up to 60% failed ICI strings for the remainder of Unit 2 Cycle 12.

l Revision 2:

Revision 2 to the Unit 2 Cycle 12 COLR resolves Issue Report IR3-016-452 which documented a typographical error on page 3 of 22.
