The braces were re- l 1 3 l paired and the shaft and hub were restored to their original position. l l 114 l l " Loctite" was applied to the set screws and new belts were installed. 1

The set screws which locate and secure llA fan drive shaft in its bearings, vibrated loose allowing the shaf t to drop resulting in the fan hub coming into contact with the bearing support structure causing damage to the structural bracing. .The damaged portions of the bracing were replaced, the shcf t and hub restored to their original position. " Loctite" was applied to the set screws and new belts were installed. PM 1-30A-M-Q-1 has been revised to include visual inspection of Nos. 11 and 12 Control Room AC units.
