Be advised there will be no Reportable Occurrence Report No. 50-368/78-11 issued for Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 2 for the year 1978.
We had reserved number 50-368/78-11 on November 5, 1978, for the possi-bility of an ROR being issued, however, it was determined later that a report would not have to_be issued and no report was prepared. By this time other occurrences had been reported which would make ROR's and dates of occurrences not in sequential order. Therefore, to maintain our records based on issuing ROR numbers in sequential order to corre-spond the ROR number and dates of occurrences, the number 50-368/78-11 is void.
