As a result of my conversation with your co-cotmsel, Tawn Fichter, it is my understanding that Mr. Donald Blanch has decided not to testify in the captioned proceeding, and that the Miami Valley Power Project will not otherwise at-tempt to make his affidavit a part of the record. I under-stand that Miami Valley Power Project intends to snhmi t a formal motion to quash the Applicant's subpoena to Mr.

Blanch.

Based upon these understandings, the Applicants vill not take the deposition of Mr. Blanch on Thursday, July 26, 1979.
