Dear Mr. Dickhoner:

Mr. R. Warnick, NRC Region III, called to advise me it had been confirmed by NRC's legal counsel that TPT would be free to discuss the contents of its report on Zimmer with CG&E once the report had been issued, i.e, the NRC protocol requirements in relationship to TPT/CG&E interactions would no longer be in effect following issuance of the report.

As discussed with you, TPT expects to release the Zimmer report by August 12. It will be issued simultaneously, per the Protocol, to CG&E and NRC. NRC will handle any further distribution.

We would be happy to meet with you to discuss the contents of the report, once it is issued.
