1. Ga Technologies Inc. la a wholly-owned auisidiary-of GuYf ^

011 Corporation. Bechtel.' Power -Corporation la not an owner of record of Gulf stock. Gulf has no way of knowing whether Bechtel feuily membora own Gulf stock. However, the ownership. of Uulf stock by e11' individuals named "Bechtel" is less'than one-half of one percent.

2. There. hhve been no contacts between TPT or any division of GA Technologies and Bechtel on the Eimmer Project. '

Engineering eervices provided to Techtel for the past three . . . .

years are described in the Attachm'e'nt.

3 None of the key TPT personnel identified in. the March 'Is '

1983 submittal have performed work on the Bechtel contracts listed on the Attachment. Several of the key personnel did-participate in the independent design reviews performed for Southern California Edison and Arizona Publi'o Servloe on San Onofre and Palo Verde, .respectively. Although Eeohtel was the AE. on each of those nuclear power plants, no work was performed.directly for Bechtel. Aa TPT identifies additional professional personnel to be assigned to the review, any information concerning prior contacts with- -
