Volume 1:
The Executive Summary - presents a top level summary of the work done, results, observa-tions, conclusions, and recommendations.
Volume 2:
The Discussion Volume - presents a more detailed description of the review and l
evaluation tasks, the information obtained and analyzed, and detailed observations, conclusions and recommendations.
In accordance with NRC's protocol, copies of the report have been simultaneously mailed to NRC representatives identified by Mr. Keppler's staff.
