Dear Mr. Noylan:
In accordance with our telephone conversation of March 24, 1983, I am onclosing a copy of our current project organization chart dated January 19, 1983, as well as organization chart revisions dated May, 1978; December, 1978; and April, 1981, respectively.
It should be noted, however, that the position of Vice President, Nuclear Oper-ations has been vacant sinco mid January, and sinco that time the managers reportinq to that position have been reporting directly to me on an interim basis.
Effectivo April 4, 1933, a Senior Vice President of Nuclear Operations will take over the total project, reporting directly to the President.
At that time, appropriate revisions vill be made to the organization chart.
As I indicated in my conversation with you, most of the requested documentation is available in como form, but would be extremely difficult to reproduce and package in a reasonable time framo.
For this reason, I requested that your formal request to Mr. Dickhonor of March 22, 1983, be reduced in scope to those items that you feel must be reviewed in your officos.
This is to confirm that y.ou agree to reducing your request for items to be reviewed off-site to Items 2, 5, 6.1, 6.2, 6.6, 7.9, 7.10 and 7.11 of your letter.
The other information will be mado available to you on your visits to the project.
The above listed items to be reproduced and forwarded for your off-site review are in the process of being assembled and should be available some time next week.
The enclosed organization charts should satis #y your immediato needs, and I trust the above con-firms accurately our telephone conversation.
