Dear Mr. Woods:
In my letter of November 18, 1983, I made the statement, "I think it apparent to all discerning interested parties that the issue of safety is no longer a valid one."
That statement has been taken by Mr. Dave Altman and MVPP to mean that I talnk there are no safety problems at Zimmer.
Not so!
That admittedly incomplete statement reflects my view, and that of discerning persons, that the Course of Action proposed by CG&E and approved,by the NRC is such a comprehensive, thorough and professional approach to determining and insuring the Quality of the Plant, that the issue of safety is no longer a valid one.
