Dear Mr. Hedzick:

A handwritten draft of the following letter was handed to Mr. J. D. Luken, Legal Counsel to Kaiser Engineers, Inc. on June 6, 1983 "We respectfully request Kaiser internal correspondence or records relating to the following:

1) Any CG&E involvement in the hiring or firing of Kaiser QA Managers or other Kaiser QA/QC personnel.

2) Kaiser requests for increased QA or QC staff.

3) Any_ personnel records on David W._ Jones, former Kaiser QA employee.

4) Any record of disagreement expressed by Jones regarding Kaiser policies on auditors' authorities and responsibilities.

5) Kaiser's response (s) tg Pandorf's July 24, 1973 letter to Fredrick.

6) Kaiser's corrective action response to address the S-L_10/27/76 (QCTR No. 1390) letter from R. L. Kurtz to Borgmann regarding weld defects noticed during independent review of radiographic film of field welds.

7) Kainer's response to Dickhoner's 10/30/74 letter (KEB-7) to McSparrin regarding request for additional inspection personnel."
