Page three NOTES NOTE 1 The project completion dates for the security project items reflect in progress status. The schedules for completion of the security modifications were discussed with the NRC at a meeting at the Turkey Point Plant on=July 18, 1989 and at the.

NRC/FPL Management Meeting on September 19, 1989. The integrated schedule will be revised to reflect those dates.

NOTE 2 Phase I is complete. Unit 3 inspections will be done during the 1990 outage.

NOTE 3 FPL is working toward a June 1991 completion date for the PRA Program, consistent with the two year interval between the issuance of the NRC guidelines (issued by the NRC on August 29, 1989) and program implementation as specified in Generic Letter 88-20.

NOTE 4 Partial SATS (System Acceptance Turnover Sheets) have been issued.

NOTE 5 The completion dates have been extended based on current progress, current approved increase in scope and/or engineering resource availability.
