On July 10, 1990, Petitioners submitted the " Response of Nuclear Energy Accountability Project and Thomas J. Saporito to Florida Power and Light's Motion for Reconsideration and Dismissal of Petition to Intervene."

In fact, Petitioners and Applicant are aware of only one telephone discussion between Messrs. Butler and Gutman (that being a call placed by Mr. Gutman to Mr. Butler, in response to the latter's March 7, 1990 letter, verifying Mr. Saporito's employment at ATI).
The error resulted from a misunderstanding by Petitioners' attorney of references which were made to various telephone conversatJons during the course of depositions taken on March 6,1990 in twee cases currently pending in the Department of Labor.
Accordingly, the reference to "several telephone contacts," quoted soove, should be changed to "a telephone contact."
This lettor has been discussed with Petitioners' attorney.
In formulating a mechanism for correcting the record, Applicant's attorney offered to write this letter when it became clear that Petitioners' attorney would not be able to do so promptly because of travel obligations.
Petitioners' attorney accepted the offer and requested that the letter convey her apology for the error.
