please find attached the annual update of the Florida Power 6 Light Company Topical Quality Assurance Report (Revision 16 dated June 12, 1990).
The document is divided into three separate enclosures:
Enclosure I
Executive Summary Enclosure II Marked versions of the previous Topical Quality Assurance Report showing the changes that have been made.
Please see the introductory paragraph of the Executive Summary for the explanation of why TQR 1.0, Organization, and the organization charts shown in Appendix A are not marked.
Enclosure III The version of the TQAR to be issued within FPL on June 12, 1990.
All changes have been reviewed by Quality Assurance and it is concluded that these changes do not reduce the commitments made in our program which has been previously accepted by the NRC.
