In accordance with 10CFR50.71(e), attached is one s'igned original and 12 copies of Revision 1 to the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Unit 1 Final Safety Analysis Report (Updated). In addition, Table 1 attached lists modifications made pursuant to 10CFR50.59 since the submission of the original Final Safety Analysis Report (Updated) dated July 19,.-. 1982.

This revision supplies information on a replacement page basis, as indicated by Table 2 attached. A vertical bar indicates changes. Vertical bars were not placed next to format changes made in order to fit in the revised content or next to figure changes.

Last year, pages VII-ll to VII-19 were inadvertently omitted from several volumes of the Final Safety Analysis Report (Updated). Copies of these pages have been enclosed in the event any of your volumes are incomplete.
