Transmitted herewith is Revision 5 of the guality Assurance Topical Report for Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Operations (gATR-I).
This revision incorporates changes to the guality Assurance Program since the issuance of Revision 4.
These changes are being submitted in accordance with the requirements of 10CFR50.54(a)(3).
The revisions include Corporate reporting and responsibility changes as well as general descriptions of responsibilities For organizations not previously identified.
Other changes were incorporated to more precisely define commitments.
The revised text has been noted by the application of vertical lines in the outer margins.
For your convenience we have included Attachment 1,
a detailed summary of changes.
These changes can be described as general updates and clarifications that do not reduce previous commitments.
