In accordance with recently published changes to Title 10 CFR Part 73, enclosed for your review and approval are proposed changes to the Nine Mile Point Security Training and Qualification Plan.
Tha specific changes to existing sections of the Plan are set forth in Attachment A.
Supporting information, which demonstrates that these changes satisfy the new requirements, is contained in Attachment B. Final revised pages, which incorporate these changes, will be submitted upon receipt of your approval.
