Transmitted herewith, in accordance with 10CFR50.54(p), are the changed pages for Issue 3, Revision 1 of the Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Nuclear Security Training and Qualification Plan. This revision was performed to reflect issuance of the new, combined Physical Security and Safeguards Contingency Plan and to enhance the overall clarity and q
presentation of information within some portions of the Plan. A summary of changes is I
included with the Plan to provide the basis for individual changes and to facilitate NRC revicw.
We have reviewed the changes in this revision and determined that they do not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan or the overall Nuclear Security Program for Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station.
Lastly, as the Plan and summary of changes contain Proprietary Information of a type specified in 10CFR2.790, we request that they be withheld from public disclosure.
