Operator Requalification Program and that all program deficiencies, including those identified by the
- NRC, have been addressed
( reference NRC Requalification Program Evaluation, Report No. 50-410/90-16).
Revision three (3) of the NHP2 Requalification Program Action Plan which incorporates the recommendations of the independent assessment and follow-up independent assessment is included for your reference.
We hereby request that the Nine Mile Point Unit 2 Operator Requalification Program be returned to satisfactory status.
