Enclosed for Westinghouses review and comment is a copy of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff's draft audit report related to an audit of proprietary calculations conducted at your Rockville, Maryland office.

Pursuant to Section 2.390 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), we have determined that the enclosed draft audit report contains proprietary information. This information is annotated by double bracket (i.e., [[ ]]). The draft audit report is being withheld from public disclosure at this time because it contains proprietary information.

The NRC staff requests that Westinghouse provide comments regarding the proprietary content in the draft audit report by close of business on September 12, 2014. The response time was discussed with Mr. Brad Grimmel of your staff on August 1, 2014. If circumstances result in the need to revise your response date, or if you have any questions, please contact me at 301-415-1627.
