Introductions
Licensee Presentation This addresses the basis for the licensees relief request dated August 3, 2007, and license amendment request dated October 31, 2007 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession Nos. ML072550488 and ML073100488, respectively). This will explain the licensees proposal to replace underground Essential Service Water piping with high density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe.
NRC Staff Presentation The NRC staff will present the questions it has developed based on its review of the two above requests submitted by the licensee.
