The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the significance, cause, and corrective action associated with an apparent violation involving the inoperability of the turbine driven auxiliary feedwater pump. The apparent violation is discussed in NRC Inspection Report 05000483/2009009 (ADAMS ML092730656).
