Notification of Completion of Commitments Required Prior to Entry into Period of Extended Operation (PEO), Associated with License Renewal for Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station (TAC No. MC7624)Appendix A to the NRC's Safety Evaluation Report, dated March 2007 and supplemented in October 2008, identifies the commitments which are required to be completed before Oyster Creek enters the PEO in April 2009. This notifies the NRC that Exelon has completed implementation of those commitments.
