Dear Mr. Swenson:
By letter dated July 22, 2005, AmerGen Energy Company, LLC, submitted to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission an application pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 54 (10 CFR Part 54) to renew the operating license for Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station. The NRC staff is reviewing the information contained in the license renewal application and has identified, in the enclosure, an area where additional information is needed to complete the review.

REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (RAI)
RAI 2.5.1.19-1 The Combustion Turbine Power Plant was determined to be in scope for the purpose of license renewal. Table 3.6.2.1.2 refers to Section 2.5.1.19 for the purpose of Aging Management Evaluation. The NRC staff needs additional information to evaluate the long lived passive components of the Combustion Turbine Power Plant and any aging management programs and aging management reviews related to those components. You should use the same format and depth that you used in the diesel generator section of your application.
