Housing growth controls in Ocean County Mike:

On October 12, 2005, I discussed the nature of local land use planning goals and objectives with David McKeown of Ocean County. The purpose of the conversation was to discuss the extent to which potential activities at OCGNS during the license renewal period would conflict with these goals and objectives, particularly with respect to housing development. Although the county has no growth controls that would limit housing development, planning goals and objectives encourage balanced residential and commercial development.
