Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) has revised the Turkey Point Physical Security Plan (PSP). This revision is being submitted to incorporate the following: 1) the changes made under Revision 14 into the NUREG-0908 plan rewrite submitted on June 14, 1988, under FPL letter L-88-261,

2) to include organizational changes discussed in our letter L-88-328 dated July 29, 1988, 3) to delete an exemption in Section 3.2.2.7 added under Revision 14 as discussed with the Region II Staff on August 5, 1988, and 4) several other miscellaneous changes. These changes have been reviewed and determined not '

to decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan. Alse incorporated in this revision are the PSP changes required to implement the miscellaneous amendments and search requirements revision to 10 CFR 73.55 as approved and issued by your staff on July 5, 1988. Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p),

a report describing these revisions is encloned.
