This special inspection consisted of a review of the circumstances of several licensee reported events regarding degraded vital area barriers (3), a degraded protected area barrier, and four examples of individuals being granted access to protected and vital areas after being issued the wrong access badges.
Results:
The results of this inspection are currently being considered for escalated enforcement action.
The violations under consideration are as follows:
Failure to ensure barrier openings were secured prior to removing
