The routine inspection consisted of a review of: Security Program Audit; Testing and Maintenance; Security System Power Supply; Lighting; Access Control - Packages; Personnel Training and Qualification -

General Requirements; and Safeguards Contingency Plan Implementation Revie In addition, 19 physical security events reported by the licensee were reviewed and the licensee's corrective actions were note !

The reactive inspections of July 28-29 and August 5-6, 1987, were in response to licensee-identified physical security events relating to the discovery of unprotected breaches in the protected area and vital area barrier Results: The following violations of regulatory requirements were identified: Unprotected Breach in Protected Area Barrier Inadequate Compensatory Measures Inadequate Protected Area Barrier Inaaequate Vital Area Barrier Unprotected Breach in Vital Area Barrier Unprotected Breach in Vital Area Barrier ENCLOSURE CONTAIp3
