This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. Partlow of this office on March 20-21, 1974 at Three Mile Island I of activities authorized by AEC License No. SNM-1313 and to the discussions of our findings held by Mr. Partlow with Mr. Herbein of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.

The atma examined during this inspection was limited to an initial review of the program for control of special nuclear material. Within this area, the inspection consisted of selec-tiv. examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.

Within the scope of this inspection, no violations or program weaknesses were observed.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the AEC's " Rules of Practice", Part 2, Title 10, Code of. Federal Regulations, docu:r.en-tation of your control and accounting procedures for safeguarding special nuclear materials and your facility security procedures are exempt from disclosure; therefore, the inspection report will not be placed in the Public Document Room and will receive limited distribution.
