The inspector examined a letter from the architect - engineer to the licensee's Project Engineer, dated lbrch 7,1974 which referenced elec*.rical control panels PL, PLF and PCR, and which stated that the seismic calculations on these panels had been completed by the Mercury The bracing of the panels to con-Company of Norwood, }bssachusetts.

During this inspection the inspector observed the contain=ent Structural Integrity Test (SIT) which was completed without incident. The following were examined:

The containment was completely wetted by the frequent rains which occurred during the entire SIT.
