In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p), attached is the original plus three copies (copy Nos. 1-4) of Revision 12 to the Arkansas Nuclear One Industrial Security Plan. A brief description of the changes made in this revision and the revised pages to the plan are attached. It was determined by Arkansas Power & Light Company that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan and, therefore, were made without prior NRC approval.
The attachment contains Safeguards Information of the type specified in 10CFR73.21 and, therefore, should be withheld from public disclosure.
