Within the LER we indicated that by October 10, 1997, provisions would be made (e.g., hardware modifications and changes to surveillance procedures) such that the surveillance verifies adequate valume is contained within the Domineralized Water Storage Tank to meet Technical Specification requirements. This commitment was scheduled to be completed by Octobe' 10, 1997. The hardware changes were implomonted by the required date, but turnover of the system to Operations and completion of revisions to the applicable operations procedures has not yet been completed. Our revised commitment date is provided in Attachment 1. \
