By Reference 2, GE has forwarded to the NRC Proposed Amendment 25 to GESTAR II which includes the relevant information provided in the technical design procedure. Therefore, in your Technical Specification Change Request concerning the Limerick 2 Cycle 5 Safety Limit MCPR, please substitute the proposed Amendment 25 for the reference to the technical design procedure.
