SUBJECT: DAVIS-BESSE NUCLEAR POWER STATION NRC SECURITY BASELINE INSPECTION REPORT 05000346/2015405

Dear Mr. Lieb:

On May 21 , 2015, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed a security inspection

, at your Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station. On May 21, 2015, the NRC inspectors discussed the results of this inspection with Mr. D. Saltz, and other members of your staff. The inspectors documented the results of this inspection in the enclosed inspection report.

The inspection examined activities conducted under your license as they relate to security and compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license. The inspectors reviewed selected procedures and records, observed activities, and interviewed personnel.

No NRC-identified or self

-revealing findings were identified during this inspection.

However, the inspectors documented one licensee-identified violation, which w as determined to be of very low security significance in this report. The NRC is treating this violation as a Non-Cited Violation (NCV) consistent with Section 2.3.2a of the Enforcement Policy.
