January 9,2012 1 :00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. EST U.S. Nuclear Regulatory One White Flint 11555 Rockville Room Rockville, On October 7, 2011, a Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 2.206 petition was submitted to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requesting that the NRC take enforcement-related actions against Union Electric Company (the licensee). The petitioner stated that the reactor shutdown procedure (OTG-ZZ-00005) was not in compliance with the Technical Specifications at Callaway Plant, Unit 1. The purpose of this meeting is to provide the petitioner with an opportunity to address the NRC Petition Review Board (PRB), pursuant to 10 CFR 2.206. This is a Category 3 public meeting, where the public is invited to participate in the meeting by providing comments asking questions througriout the meeting. In this instance, public will have an opportunity to ask questions pertaining to 10 CFR 2.206 processes, after the petitioner completes uninterrupted presentation to Mohan Thadani, rnohan.thadani@nrc
