Dear Administrative Judges:

The Staff has discovered an error in its March 21, 1990, brief submitted upon the review of LBP-89-32.

It is indicated at 109 of that brief that the American Red Cross (ARC) would provide staffing at the Holy Cross College School Host Facility. See also Staff March 21, 1990 brief, at 125. Further, it appears that the Licensing Board reached a similar conclusion. See LBP-89-32, 30 NRC 375, 585-593, 552-53, 11 9.131-9.168, 9.14-9.16; see also 30 NRC at 533-35, 542-43, 540, 529-31, 11 8.86-8.91, 8.116, 8.129-8.132, 8.73-77. As indicated in Staff filings of July 13 and July 25, 1990, the Staff now understands that ARC ta not relied upon to provide staffing at the School Host facility under the SPMC.
