THIRD SUPPLEMENTAL ORDER The Committee, in its Second Supplemental Order dated June 30,

1995, adopted a proposed plan for updating the Nuclear Decommissioning Financing Fund for Seabrook Station and ordered that the North Atlantic Energy Service Corporation file a revised funding schedule consistent with its Report and Order within thirty (30) days of the Order.

North Atlantic Energy Service Corporation complied with the order and filed a revised funding schedule consistent with the Committee's Order on July 13, 1995.

At its meeting on June 12, 1995, the Committee directed the State Treasurer and its special counsel to review the revised funding schedule to determine if it was consistent with the Committee's Report and Order dated June 30, 1995.

The State Treasurer and the committee's special counsel, having reviewed the revised funding schedule, have determined that it is consistent with the Committee's Report and Order dated June 30, 1995, and it is ORDERED, that the Committee accepts and approves the revised funding schedule as filed by North Atlantic Energy -
