The..taff has discovered an error in its March 21, 1990, brief submitted upon the review of LBP-89-32. It is indicated at 109 of that brief that the American Red Cross (ARC) would provide staffing at the Holy Cross College School Host Facility.
See also Staff March 21, 1990 brief, at 125. Further, it appears that the Licensing-Board reached a similar conclusion.
